Project Aspects
Customers Requirements:
Servery design and installation for a cafe within a busy college campus, featuring hot and cold customer facing display units as well as ambient temperature cakes section, ended with a till section. The front of house servery was supported by a small back-area featuring a convection oven and a dishwasher. The finish included timber from an 18th century French railway carriage on the front of the servery counter.
Innovations:
We finished this project using some bespoke materials to give a modern contemporary look.
