We can then supply you with a copy of the report along with an official gas safety certificate to be held on the premises for the year.

Gas Safety Inspection report

Insurance companies will ask for proof that you have an up to date gas certificate (CP42) on the premises, so the gas safety inspection is an important part of the service. As Gas Safe registered engineers, we have to carry out strict checks set by The Gas Safety Register.

If you don’t have an up-to-date CP42 then potentially you’ll be uninsured with the health and safety of your employees and customers at risk. This can lead to prosecution under Regulation 35 of the “Duties of Employers and self-employed persons” of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.

Our engineers will check all gas appliances, pipework, extraction systems and gas interlock systems, giving you peace of mind that your equipment has been fully tested and is certified safe.

Gas Interlock Systems

We can design, supply and fit a fully regulated gas interlock system for your kitchen. These systems work by locking off the gas supply to certain appliances in the event of an emergency or an equipment failure incident.
