We use these to complete our service reports which detail the condition of equipment as well as any recommendations our engineer might have for future use. Our report and tracking systems mean that we can both keep on top of any work that might be due, plus, you can make sure the equipment is being used correctly by your team. When we leave, you’ll get a complete asset list, so you’ll have all the details if you need to speak with us about your equipment in future.
We know that if things do go wrong in your kitchen, you need to get things back on track fast. We endeavour to get to you as quickly as possible, should you need an engineer on your premises. All of our engineers work within a sixty mile radius of Northamptonshire, so there’s always someone on hand to help.
All of our engineers are subject to thorough and extensive training before they take on jobs – we won’t send just anyone out to you. Plus, every time an engineer visits you, they’ll arrive with a van fully stocked with parts. This means that should there be any need for repairs or work to your equipment, your engineer can get on with it there and then. No wasting time waiting for parts to be bought and brought back to you, so you can continue running the kitchen with minimum disruption.
Easy Access to Your Kitchen’s Information
All our customers have access to a bespoke job management system. Logging on through a computer, phone or tablet, you can see when your engineer is arriving, check a job’s status, request callouts as well as view all the documentation from any previous visits. No twiddling your thumbs waiting for the engineer, no emailing for certificates and no searching through filing cabinets to find invoices.
You’ll also be supported by our admin team who run a tight ship, working closely with our engineers. Our after service support is top notch. The team ensure that any updates or new information is communicated to you, as well as making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time!
