Through the summer months of 2014 we won the responsibility of a new kitchen fit out at St. Paul’s Catholic School in Milton Keynes. This was a major project, of which, consisted of 9 substantial units of equipment in the kitchen including a 20 grid Rational Combi Oven. We also co-ordinated the preparation and installation of a large cold room along with a large canopy over the cooking area.
