Customers Requirements:

Bedford County Council has a busy staff that required a servery for both hot and cold food.

Innovations:

To ensure the customer flow was correctly handled during peak times we opted to position the hot service primary followed by the cold servery area and accompanying refrigerated retail unit for desserts and drinks, finished up with a till area for checkout. The back bar support equipment is positioned optimally for the hot food replenishment and turnaround.
