Customers Requirements:

Otters is a very successful restaurant, but the existing site was too small and had become outgrown. Leo contacted us and asked us to design an energy efficient all electric kitchen with new modern front of house servery & back bar.

Innovations:

Going over to a full electric kitchen with induction hob and combi oven allowing the site to produce more food in a much shorter space of time. The old dishwasher was a undercounter unit which has been replaced with a pass-through dishwasher and separate glass washer unit.


The front of house servery is incorporated with a cold deli, hot ceran display unit, back bar with bottle coolers and a separate meat slicing area.
